After a few false starts regarding an installation date 3 fitters arrived to do the work. Despite uncovering numerous issues on taking out the old units they remained cheerful andvworked hard to find solutions. They were tidying as they went and I have no complaints about the work they did - both doirs and window much improved with the new units.

Replaced entire bedroom dormer window and also opening unit in kitchen. Work completed as originally described, with no mess and looks great.

Installation team arrived on time to carryout work in a speedy professional manner. Work completed to a good standard. Work took 1 1/2 days. Although day 1 to day 2 was a gap of 4 days due to sickness and an intervening weekend. Kept informed of reasons for small delay. Otherwise very pleased with work and would recommend this company.

Had a few problems getting 40 year old windows out but the installers were very competent and friendly. Job done very quickly and with minimum of disturbance. At the end they explained how everything worked and where they had had problems with cracks in the wall which had been filled. A day later someone came to inspect work and if I was happy. The apprentice could have vacuumed after installation as bits had flown all over the place but most of the larger rubbish was cleared.

I had a new door installed but the lock plate was not available at time so I was happy for door to be fitted and return visit made to fit plate. Only took him 10 minutes very polite guy

The entire process from start to finish was very professional and we are very pleased with the work that has been done. It has made a real difference to the temperature in the conservatory.

Good communications and time keeping. Roofing work had a couple of issues but these were rectified quickly leading to a good job overall. I would choose this company again!

The workmen were helpful, friendly and curtious. The fan light was held up by bad weather, so they came on a Saturday. The installation looks great, they did a great job.

Very impressed from the beginning of requiring a quote, everything was explained well no pushing to sign,very friendly kept in touch through phone calls and email, workmanship was one of best we have had , very friendly polite and an excellent job on inside of conservatory roof, would definitely recommend this company to give you peice of mind that the work has been done correctly .

All work was carried out to a high quality and with care. The rendering was repaired was repaired then 2 coats of paint with a contrast colour on window sills and lintels and also on the border of house name plaque. I have previously used HomeSmart for new windows, french doors and a composite door and I can highly recommend them for any work you require on your property. HomeSmart have made my 140yr old house look brand new!

Wayne and Sandy did an excellent job replacing my windows and french door. There was no disruption as they moved any furniture and blinds as needed and cleaned up thoroughly as they worked. There was an issue with the manufacture of one part of the French doors but this was resolved by the following day. The new windows and door are of a high standard and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for similar work.

From the canvasser, salesmen and installers I felt the service and attitude were very good. At no time did I feel pressured into having any work done. The salesmen guided me through the process, explaining how the company works, the products, the guarantees, and the after service they provide. They answered every question I had, and were very patient in doing so. Their advice was really helpful eg choosing handles, which way the door would open, etc.; as, not being familiar with this line of business, and it being a big purchase, there were things I hadn't thought of.
