33 out of 100, with a caution: only 3 reviews held yet. A small public record keeps the evidence thin, and the score reflects that.

Detailed reviews

Hassle free experience from start to finish. Answered my enquiry straight away and quoted within a couple of days. Provided loads of great advice on placing and type of sockets and was flexible working around me still living in the house throughout. Very respectful of my property and always left everything as tidy as possible at the end of the day. Tradesmen like this are hard to find.

Quick response and good to deal with, Andrew has given us advice and also tidied up the spare cables around the house. Excellent service overall, thank you.

Andrew was recommend to us by a friend for an EICR. Our property was in need of extensive work to bring it up to scratch (dodgy work by previous owners) which Andrew completed efficiently and to a high standard. He was very friendly, great communication and did a very careful and thorough job. Nice to know we have a trustworthy electrician for future jobs. Highly recommended!

Electrical work in homes in England & Wales should be done by a registered competent person who can self-certify it meets the Part P safety rules. Check they're on the official register.

Check the electrical register
In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations. Confirm they will handle that.
Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done. It is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
