This is my first time using HP Plumbing and Heating Ltd and I couldn't be more pleased. The engineer Joe answered all my questions clearly and explained everything simply so I understood ( I am elderly & it is my first time with a combi boiler) Would highly recommend.

Arrived exactly when they said they would and carried out the jobs efficiently.

Brilliant service by both the receptionist Hollie, and plumbing engineer Mark. Hollie kindly fitted me in ahead of the original appointment, due to a leak, involving the toilet cistern.A new ball valve was fitted in quick time by Mark, who was very professional, and explained what work, he had done. Mark, left everything clean and tidy, and very nice chap. Always been impressed with HP pluming and Heating, Harry , the boss, is always considerate, and helpful. He obviously runs a good, and very experienced team.

Harry Pashby’s plumbing and heating company, is a very experienced and caring team of engineers, and backroom staff. Right from contacting them, they are so helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. As a customer, there are times when the sight of leaking water, can often put you into automatic “panic mode.” But once contacting Harry and his team, they put your worry at ease, and get an engineer out to deal ASAP. We purchased our new boiler from HP Plumbing and Heating when we moved to York in 2020 and they have done the yearly service ever since. Today the service was the more detailed one done every five years. Joe was very helpful in explaining the specifics of this service. We cannot praise this company enough as it has always impressed with the superb technical skills and amazing customer service always evident. I have used HP Plumbing and Heating for many years and found the expertise and workmanship very good. Having recently had the boiler serviced, Danny who carried out the work was, polite, professional, and everything was left clean and tidy. They always take their shoes off, which also shows respect. They are a really good run company, and Hollie on reception is always efficient.

I've just taken delivery of a new Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler Greenline 25kW using HP Plumbers of York, who I have turned to for all my plumbing work and problems, consistently for the last 8 years. I could not recommend this firm enough! All the staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. Turned up onsite when they said they would. Fitted is a new worchester boiler at a great price and didn’t leave until we knew all the functions and what to do if anything was to go wrong!. Will 100% be using these guys for any future work and recommend to anyone!

Have used HP for many years, so had no hesitation getting them to quote to re-pipe my central heating system. As always, they were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful - taking time to talk through the details of the work required and answering my questions. Price was competitive and quality of work done was very high (as always). HP Plumbing & Heating did a thorough job inspecting and servicing my gas boiler. The technician (Joe) was awesome. Had him on the last service and glad I got him on this one.
