Absolutely brilliant service from Joe from start to finish. He replaced our shower doors and did a fantastic job — everything was fitted perfectly and looks great. Really nice bloke as well — friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. He turned up when he said he would, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. The whole process went smoothly with no hassle at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

They operate in a pleasant, relaxed manner but are totally on top of their trade whether it be organisation or implementation. You are kept well informed at all stages and the workmanship is excellent and they keep the work area very clean and tidy.

Had a new bathroom fitted including shower, tiling , toilet , basin and worktops. Work carried out to a high standard, with great attention to detail. JSL protected all carpets through the house before work started and kept everything clean & tidy. Good communication as to when they would arrive on site and easy to deal with. The only company I contacted who provided a clear itemised quotation. I would have them do other work for me in future and have recommended them to friends.

Joe was absolutely brilliant from start to finish - nothing was too much trouble for him during a series of very interesting plumbing challenges (to put it kindly!) which he completed quickly and with great attention to detail to fit around other trade work going on. I won't hesitate to call on Joe again for any future work!

Joe did a really great job. our sealant was awful and had not been done properly by the builders of our new home. Joe replaced it all to the proper standards and also rectified some other things like a tile replacement and a baton support for under the bath.

Communication with Jo was prompt and he described the intended work clearly. He arrived onsite on time and carried out the work as agreed to a high standard. Very easy to deal with and family have had similar experience, all very positive. Highly recommended.

Joe and all the team were fantastic, so pleased we found them. They carried out repairs to our bathroom following a leak and made some repairs in our en-suite too. They dealt with everything brilliantly, including the additional problems uncovered as the job went on and the extra tasks I asked them to tackle. They were polite, professional, cleaned up as they went and got everything done in a relatively speedy fashion. Can't fault them at all and can highly recommend. We'll definitely be in touch for any future jobs.

I would highly recommend JSL plumbing and heating. Alongside EY tiling. They were incredible and nothing was too much trouble. They chose alot of the bathroom elements themselves after an in depth discussion with me and what I was looking for and also added some of their own ideas which I massively welcomed. I am so happy with the outcome and all delivered within the timescale that they set. Very professional and patient. I can't speak more highly of them.
