I have used Humble Plumbing for a second, rather tricky job. Jake is unbelievably diligent and helpful. He is very clever at devising solutions and takes great care to ensure that potential problems will not arise in the future. He is utterly dependable, honest and trustworthy. I have complete confidence and am grateful that he was recommended to me.

Jake is a totally professional, no-nonsense person. I had problems with the piping to my bathroom and a leakage in my shower room. Unlike five others, he identified the problem quickly, ordered the necessary parts and fixed it professionally and promptly. He also impressed me by being able to pinpoint the source of the leakage in the shower room without having to remove all the tiling. He is punctual, courteous and friendly; above all he is highly efficient. He is a very valuable asset and I recommend very strongly

Had a damp patch on a carpet but no obvious cause. Called on Saturday morning, Jake called me back that afternoon and came on the Tuesday morning as promised. Quickly identified a poorly soldered joint that had been leaking for some time. Cut pipe put and replaced all in the first hour call out. Courteous, professional and straightforward. Would happily recommend.

The plumber, Jake, was amazing at the work that he did. From the time of making the phone call and getting the work done, it was only 2 days. The plumber was very respectful and worked diligently to get the work done. The charge for the work done was also very fair and effective.

Jake did a great job fitting a large 4 column radiator for us. He came back to ensure the system was fully vented and we are very pleased with the results. Highly recommended.

Jake arrived promptly (earlier than expected in fact, although that was helpful). Got straight on with the job, secured the parts necessary and completed the repair. Flush now works better than it has for some months. Would readily hire again for my next plumbing job.

Jake and a colleague (an electrician) carried out the work in a timely and collaborative manner, being sensitive throughout to the needs of my disabled parents. The work was completed to a high standard and we were provided with professional advice and suggestions prior to and during installation. The after service was excellent. Jake and a colleague installed a water pump to increase the water flow to the first shower. Jake guided us through the best options for us and executed the work to a high standard. We were impressed with the quality of work and re-engaged him for further work.

After finding Jake through word of mouth, he carried out some work at my Father's home. He replaced his taps alongside his shower in his upstairs bathroom. Jake was understanding of my Dad's dementia and was respectful of his constant question asking and general nosiness! The job was completed with no problems at all and I would class it as a high quality job. His invoice was more than reasonable and I settled it the same day. Would highly recommend!

I loathe to give Jake a good review, as he will be unavailable forevermore now! Jake is amazing when another plumber had told us they couldn’t fix our boiler, we asked Jake for a quote,for a new one, but wait a minute, Jake comes along and mended it. We still need a new one - but at least we weren’t left freezing. He has done so many jobs for us, He turns up when he says he will, keeps us informed of prices, and also if there is a cheaper way of doing things, he will let us know. He is totally trustworthy and his work speaks for itself. I am so glad someone recommended him to us!

Jake was excellent. He was punctual, very careful with his work. He explained what was the problem and what he'll do. He is polite, tidy and thorough with his work. Very happy with it. Will certain use him again the future.

5* review! I’ve been messed about for about 6 or more months from various plumbers who either quoted then didn’t turn up to do the works or messaged back and forth and then went awol. All had explained the job to involve breaking through tiles and needing to retile. A friend suggested I use this website to find someone reliable by looking at reviews and I’m so happy I did. Not only did Jake arrive when he said he would but he managed to do the job without the need to break the tiles. Quite genius! His communication was great and the work is perfect. Thank you Jake.
