We were looking for a builder to be able to help us quickly with finishing the project and I am amazed by how efficient and fast they are working. Ilir has the confidence to assist with any type of work and is very reliable. So far has managed everything from start. At the moment all the structural work is finished and they are moving to the interior. We appreciate the great care they took when uncovering the house and working through those big rainfalls. After these few weeks, I can highly recommend Ilir for any high standard works."

Ilir and his team where great, we did an extension at the front and rear of our house. Access to the rear of the house wasn't great but these guys made it work! They made sure that the place was left tidy when they left every evening which we appreciated greatly. With this being our first extension on our first house we were apprehensive as you hear all sorts of stories about builders, but these guys put us at ease from start to finish. I would highly recommend these guys, I know where I will be going for our next project! I & E Builders!
Very happy with the work carried out by Ilir and his team. Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
