We have used Immediate Plumbing before for a leak and we had no hesitation in calling on behalf of my 94 year old dad who had a bad leak under his kitchen sink. Alex was quick to respond to my call and arrived at my dad's within 2 hours after advising turning the water off at the mains. The work was completed efficiently and at a reasonable price. Alex was very kind and friendly towards my dad and put him at ease.

We had a leak in the flexible toilet pan connector, not good, I checked through for a reputable plumbing company and thankfully found this company and Alex, he arranged to come and repair after giving me a quote for the work concerned. Alex arrived bang on time I found him to be friendly,polite,knowledgable and a very clean and tidy worker also very informative with advice about the best route to take to avoid this happening again. His costs were fair and very competitive and we have already asked him to quote to change some kitchen taps, needless to say we will now always call on Alex first and recommend him to all our friends and family.

Alex oozes knowledge, he replaced sink and taps but went to the extra effort of adding isolation valves. He arrived exactly when he said, to look at what was needed and quoted a fair price.
