Michael came to to an annual bolier service on 14/01 and found an issue. He completed the service and advised he would provide a quote for the repair which he did, and then carried out the repair on the 17/01. He has been our plumber for years and is always professional, friendly and reliable. Another job well done!

Had a leaky bathroom pipe which was installed by another company badly. Michael rectified the problem. He was very clean and tidy. We will definitely be using him again and have already booked him in to service our boiler.

Michael quickly gave me a quote and an installation date. The job was carried with care and my kitchen was left in good order. Adjustments were made as expected. When I fiddled with my old thermostat, now connected to the new boiler, Michael was patient while I got it working. At the end he thoroughly tested the system, and I have had no issues. In the meantime I received by post the building control certificate and boiler warranty.

Mike Taylor ,had visited my house before and installed a new gas cooker in April 2021 . When I was informed by the insurance company that my boiler was unrepairable I contacted Mike Taylor who came the next day and gave me a price for the works .I check the cost ,Mike Taylor’s price was competitive.I told him to start . He came at 9 am on the day agreed removed the old boiler and installed the new all in one day , returning the next morning to check all was well drain the the system and add an inhibitor. The work was professionally carried out and the house was left clean and tidy.

Responded in good time and flexible approach. Arrived as promised and completed all works to high standard and clearly experienced, was able to deal thoroughly with any hiccups.
