I was recently looking to have some paving work in the garden undertaken. I registered my request via Checkatrade and was given details of possible companies. Francis from INSIGHTS PS LTD responded and arranged a speedy visit and assessed the work required and provided us with a quotation there and then, and possible lead in times for the work to be completed. The work commenced within a week taking only one day to complete. Francis was hugely helpful and courteous throughout the process, a great team of workers supporting the job. Francis was professional and reliable throughout the whole process. Francis came to visit in order to quote, and talked me through the different options for new paving slabs (style, colour scheme etc.) before giving me his price. The work was then completed a few days later - arriving early, completing all works and then clearing the site. Would highly recommend!

Francis and the team have done an amazing job with our block paving driveway. At the quotation stage Francis was great helping us with ideas, and we are really pleased with the end result. I couldn't be happier! Francis and the team did an amazing job. They ripped up old decking and laid down beautiful grey and slate coloured block paving. Francis was so helpful and transparent throughout the whole process. He listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted. Did an excellent job replacing fencing, paving and creating a raised bed. The team worked so hard, even when it was dark cold and rainy! They were also really good at consulting and checking with us as the work progressed. Would certainly recommend them.

Francis was incredibly easy to work with. We could not recommend him enough. He quoted and sourced all of the materials. Kept me well informed of start dates and completed the work with incredible efficiency. There was no mess. Francis and his team replaced my slate roof with more modern concrete tiles. The work was as described, on time and to a great standard. The communication was good throughout and I would recommend the team.

The work was done incredibly quickly and to a high standard. Attention to detail was excellent, for example we didn't want all new bricks so they took old bricks from the side of the house to use on the driveway then used new bricks round the side of the house. This kept the front looking better as it wasn't a mix of bright new and old duller bricks. They gave great advice on how to best achieve our vision (in terms of materials to use etc) and the work looks better for them being involved.

Francis viewed & quoted for our old pathways to be removed & replaced with new paving. Arrived on time carried out the job to a very high standard, informing us each step of the way. Perfect from start to finish. Would highly recommended to family & friends. Thankyou Francis and team !

No problems at all

Came was courteous and on that basis I went with their company. However during the working period they did miss a day or so due to weather or sickness one day coming late as they had to go back to another job to clean up area. They threw old slates onto paths and patio cracking several paving slabs there was nails bit of broken slates bit of debris strewn all over the garden, they apologised said they usually have a van backed into drive to collect all debris but the person who does that was on holiday. The scaffolders also drop scaffolding on pathed area's also causing damage. Very untidy

They finished the work superfast. And the workers are polite. His quote is good.

Francis and staff were very professional and kept me in the loop of everything that we going on from start to finish and even provided pictures and videos of all stages of the work.
