My heating stopped working an had few people out who claim to be heating enginner saying from I need a new boiler to a power flush Darren turned up and within the 2 hours he ended up being here had our heating working explaining what the was doing as he did it. I felt Confident in what he was doing. And I got results . I have now had one of his men replace my boiler power flush my system a few months after because it was old Not because it was the issue. Darren came out and quoted a boiler, omg never meet a tradesman’s with such personality and customer service, he wanted to know what we want to achieve question no one had asked us before . A skilled man responded to my request in a timely and friendly manner, and I was really relieved when they came to apply his skills and experience in the bathroom, where a sink pipe had come loose. The floor will no longer be covered in water! Additionally, he promptly adjusted the cistern's handle, which was at an inconvenient angle, and fixed the loose tap. For me, "No Rogue Traders Here" into plumbing was a breath of fresh air, and the company and office staff were delighted to assist me with any questions I had.

Second time we've used Into Plumbing and heating the first reason is that they were very good last time, why ? New Vaillant boiler installed after my very old one broke down. Absolutely excellent service. Quickly sent an engineer to check safety of the old boiler. Admin staff were really helpful and made an effort to get the installation done quickly. Competitive price. Thoroughly professional work, didn't even leave any mess for us to clear up. A call to Darren for help with a constant running tap and within 4 hours I had shiny new taps fitted he had sourced for a more challenging basin and Tom was round fitting them! Great service and friendly too. Will use again and recommend.

I arranged for an annual service on my Viessmann boiler with this company. I was told they knew Viessmann boilers before I booked the service. When the engineer arrived I asked him if he had worked on Veismann boilers he informed me that he hadn’t worked on one before. The service was rushed, finished in under 30 minutes, and key checks like burner cleaning weren’t done. Disappointing and unprofessional.
