Even though this was a relatively small job, he came to look at it WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, he QUOTED PROMPTLY for the work, and finally carried out the work QUICKLY & EFFECTIVELY, arriving exactly WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. Rob kept in touch throughout, and even after he completed the work, he checked in to see that all had gone well with our new cooker installation. A nice touch! Thanks Rob - highly recommended!!"
