Joe managed to fix the issue within 10 min of arrival, and rather than leaving, he continued to spend the rest of the hour realigning the door preventing future issues. He went beyond what we asked without charging us extra.

Joe was quick to reply to my enquiry and came around that evening to see the door so that he knew what to bring. He installed the lock the very next day. It was an awkward door, being an extremely old house, but he did a superb job. Works perfectly and the lock is very sympathetic to the house. Joe is not only very personable, cheerful and easy to have in the house, but also extremely professional. Very impressed with how he kept in touch via WhatsApp so that when he was slightly delayed due to traffic I was kept aware. Would definitely ask him for any future work required.

He came out quickly on a Saturday and made the door safe, ordered the required parts and kept us up to speed on the delivery of the parts at all times. I contacted Joe on the Wednesday morning (11th December), and he was able to book in a visit the day after (12th December). He kept us in constant contact throughout the day of the booking so we knew when to expect him, which was very useful when we have a young family trying to organise bath and bedtime. Our door lock had been poor for over 3 1/2 years, and the lock finally broke earlier in the month. When Joe came, he was done and dusted in just over an hour, and now we have a perfectly working lock and handle for the first time since living in the house. 100% would recommend, a great service all round!
