Responded quickly, Joe then came over and took the time to fully explain the problem. Written quote provided and job was completed within a couple of days with no issues. Communication was good, they turned up when they said they would.

Gave me a clear quote with video and photos so I could understand the problem. Came to do the job within a week. Replaced rotten woodwork, put up new gutters, took away old items and cleaned up afterwards. Price was fair and reasonable and Joe was a pleasure to deal with.

I took a call from my mum this morning as she was in a hell of a state. The recent bad weather had caused her gutters to spring a leak. She’s 81 and a widower, and the smallest of things can overwhelm her. Thanks goodness I called J&E Roofing. I explained what was happening and they were simply amazing. They managed to come round the same day, and repair the roof within a few hours of me calling. They were brilliant with my mum and reassured her immediately. I cannot recommend them enough and would use again. 5 stars 10 out of 10 !!

Joe and his team, replaced 2 large flat roofs at our home along with Gutters and Facias. Joe came inspected and made recommendations of best way forward. He quoted a price which we were happy with. He provided us with examples of other customers and we went to look at the quality of his work. Joe booked a date to suite us. He and his team were punctual, polite, organised and cleared away each day. They did an excellent job, exceeding our expectations. A great example ! I contacted J and E Roofing Services having failed to get adequate quotations from 2 other roofers. Joe returned my phone call and visited my home within 2 hours of the initial contact. He supplied a quote within a day of the visit and provided good advice that saved a lot of money. Joe Stathers and a colleague returned on Monday 14 April and completed the work within about 8 hours. A receipt for our payment came a couple of days later together with photographs of the job at various stages. Excellent service

I telephoned company to arrange a quote on the roof replacement of my verandah and he came round later the same day. He was very thorough, patient, friendly and gave me realistic options. When examining the verandah, he identified the guttering above was in need of replacing as it was old and leaking and suggested, for ease of access, it would be better to do that while the old verandah roof was taken off. On my request he additionally investigated what looked to be a problem on the actual roof of the house and even climbed into my loft to identify the full extent of the problem.

Had issues with gutters, after trying various companies who let me down Joe was able to assist. Great communication, arrived when said he would. Work completed quickly. Only reason Quality of their work is marked at 8 is due to no rain to see if problem has been solved, however pictures provided of work looks very promising. Would & will recommend to anyone.
