"James and his team were efficient, friendly and polite throughout. The work started in October but had to be paused when gas and electricity pipes/cables were found to be too shallow. James was understanding while Cadent Gas and National Grid carried out the required work. The job was completed in December as agreed. The old concrete platform was replaced with a compact shared step with a low profile that works well with the driveway. Block paving and slate chippings were reinstated neatly. We're pleased with the result and would recommend."
