Was very efficient actually earlier than originally booked. Great because as an OAP need my heating. Was very quick and solved my problem quickly.

The whole process of having a condensing boiler removed from the kitchen and replaced with a combi boiler in the airing cupboard upstairs was done efficiently and quickly . This job also entailed removing old tanks from the loft and fitting new piping . Before the job commenced I was given a detailed and comprehensive quote ( even highlighting any potential additional costs due to the radiator system being old in case of leaks due to the increased pressure) . I even decided during the job to have a couple of radiators replaced and thermostatic valves fitted. This was also done without drama and in the alloted time frame . Entailing longer days to complete the work . A quick phone call and I was given a quote for the additional work very quickly. Overall I would say it was a satisfying experience having the work carried out by this person.

Mr Dale installed a new boiler, extremely pleasant lad, very tidy, great price, was over all happy with everything left my house clean and tidy Would definitely recommend.

Josh helped me choose the correct heater for my needs, fitted it in a day and cut out an inspection hatch in my ceiling. He checked everything was working and cleaned up. A superb job. I would definitely recommend him.

Had a problem with our boiler which left us with no hot water. Rang Josh who came out the same day, explained the problem, gave a very reasonable quote and fixed the problem for us. Called with a leak which seemed to be coming from the stop tap. Josh came the same day , fully investigated where the leak came from ( not the stop tap) and fixed it , even waited to make sue all was well, even fixed my radiator TRV while he was here. Brilliant job , would highly recommend.

We recently had Josh do our bathroom renovation. From start to finish he was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, polite, professional, punctual, reliable and very hard working. Needed a gas hob disconnecting and then reconnected after having new worktops fitted. Couldn't find anyone who was free so found J Dale on Trustatrader.com contacted him and he got back to me straight away came the same day and then back again a few days later to complete the job. He was polite did the job to Gas safety standards. Would definitely recommend this company.
