Just wanted to leave a thumbs up here for this great company. No pushy saleman style, just straightforward measuring and explanation, choice in glass and quick responses to emails. Came when promised and hugely impressed me on the day. The two chaps who came were friendly and polite and worked like trojans, being at pains to leave the house weather-tight before leaving on the first day, when to my surpirse they managed to fit all four windows in place by 2.30 pm and popped back to finish the insides the next morning and were done by 10.30! Lovely windows! Look so good! Heartily recommended!

Paterson windows conducted an excellent installation of quality windows. Their fitters, Tim and Luke were very courteous, proficient and tidy. We were extremely impressed with the work done.

John Paterson "The Window Company" promote amazing customer service and a 10 year warranty with their products. 4.5years after fitting a new composite door at our home, the door bowed and warped pulling the frame away from the house. John Paterson made little effort with the manufacturer to rectify the issue and I had to do this myself. Following a thorough investigation by them, it transpires the door was not fitted as per manufacturer guidelines. John Patterson is unwilling to help, ignores my contact and therefore his 10 year guarantee to worthless.

Very pleased with newly fited patio doors a new kitchen door. Neat tidy work and excellent quality fittings. Involved cutting out a lot of bricks but John and Andrew seemed to somehow keep dust and debris to a minimum. Delighted with end result!

This company replaced the roof of my conservatory and fitted a replacement window. Both jobs were completed to the highest standard by friendly and competent staff. The work included plastering and fitting lights. I have used the firm before for replacing windows and this gave me confidence to use them for the big job of the new conservatory roof. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent quality of product and workmanship … fitting was amazingly quick (just 2 days!) and it was a big job. Totally professional service from survey to completion … very impressed n highly recommend.

We have used The Window Company before so gave John a call when we needed the Windows and Doors replaced on our new house. On both occasions we got a very professional service, competitive price and an excellent quality of workmanship to a very high standard Highly recommended.

The back door had to be fitted between water pipes, electric wires and a gas pipe. The front door was simpler. The work was done in terrible weather and was completed within the estimated time. Very happy with the results and would definitely use this company again (had all windows in the house replaced by them just over 3 years ago)

The fitter, Peter, was very efficient and friendly. The finishing was perfect and the site was cleaned.

Another 2 windows fitted by Steve, an excellent job once again, I can’t fault his work or the company in any way.

The work was difficult to complete because with each job, terrible bodges were discovered from the work of the previous owners. The work was therefore remedial before the guy could actually crack on - and crack on he did - kept me informed, explained, made up time, stayed late, did an amazing job all round, and made good years of errors. He's a superhero. Really pleased with the results. Asked for a quote for more work even before this first job was done. Outstanding. They were recommended by a trusted friend and I'd recommend them myself.

Very Good service. Easy to obtain quote and excellent fitting. I have used 3 different window companies on my current property, and J Paterson were easily the best. Professional, tidy, no gimmicks, and most importantly the quality of the fitting is great. My property is rendered with stone chips then painted so any damage shows and needs to be made good, Steve the fitter managed to remove all the upstairs windows with barely any evidence of their removal. Everything was made good beneath the windows too. I have had other fitters here who left a hole under my French Doors. No issues here!

Complete window replacement throughout house So glad John patterson was recommended to us by friends tried a couple of big company's but was not a patch on Pattersons Was given a very competitive quote which was a lot better than competitors Work started on time as agreed Pete the fitter was an absolute diamond very hard working always tidied up at end of day and anything we did not understand he took time to explain/ show what he was doing before starting work All in all absolutely over the moon with the finished result and highly recommended

Really pleased we decided to go with J.Paterson’s to have all our windows replaced. Excellent communication, quick and clear. Answered all our questions before going ahead with the job in a thorough and precise manner. Delivery and fitting was much sooner than expected and can’t fault the standard at all. I’m pretty fussy and they look great. Fitter did an excellent job, very professional and pleasant to have around, friendly and tidy. Completely happy to recommend to others.

This is my 2nd time using Paterson’s and just like the first time an excellent job done, can not fault them in any way.

Excellent timing and workmanship would highly recommend. Charged less than quoted excellent value would definitely use again told me exactly what was wrong and fixed within the hour
