Not only did he manage to squeeze us in asap, he was polite, quick, efficient and tidy, and most importantly listened to what was asked of him by retaining elements of the fireplace area. My elderly parents were thrilled with the job he did...so much so, they're already working out next jobs for the New Year. Thanks again Jamie."
