He is very friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble. He arrives on time and will always update on his ETA. He is a great go to for advice as well, which can stop you making costly mistakes if you need to purchase/replace a plumbing item. He doesn't keep you hanging when you contact him he will always respond however big or small the job is. I would thoroughly recommend James as a great go-to plumber."
