Over the past year JB7 Plumbing carried out several large jobs in my flat. They replaced a toilet other plumbers refused to touch because the piping was non-standard. JB7 took on the job and replaced it without any issues. The stop tap was previously inaccessible and unsafe, and the kitchen fitter company told me it was impossible to move. JB7 completed the job in one day and fitted a new stop tap that I can easily access. Most recently, my very old hot water cylinder developed several serious leaks. JB7 assessed the situation, clearly explained my options, and were very patient with my worries. They explained why their proposed solution was better than replacing the cylinder like-for-like. Now it's installed I can see they were absolutely right and I'm grateful they took the time to explain the advantages! Thanks to their hard work, my flat has gone from a barely functioning place to a comfortable, lovely home. Thank you JB7!

I was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service I received. We had an upstairs bathroom leak that needed urgent attention and JB plumbers were round that morning and fixed within an hour. Would definitely recommend.

Both gentlemen who came out, the first to diagnose the problem and the second to fix it, were prompt, efficient and did a great job, and were very pleasant with it. I am very satisfied with the work and I will certainly call on JB7 again if I need plumbing work carried out.

Had this company taken the radiators off for a damp course. Came back to reinstall..came on time . Very communicative and very tidy . Did t leave until he was completely happy with the job

Came out to fix a leak and did so quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable price. Will use again no doubt.

Friendly plumber, discussed possible options, and in the end I felt comfortable paying to have my old shower (11+ years) replaced with something that turned out to be much better quality. I had not realised initially, but I have used this service back in 2020 to fix a leak and the call out charge was exactly the same. They also charged me minimally for parts at the time. Around £20. They were able to attend the property on the same day if needed. Would highly recommend.

On time and thorough

Excellent service from start to finish. 3 way port valve fitted, which meant renewing pipe work and bleeding system. As we have an old system the job took a little longer than expected but Dan overcome this and sorted it. Also had a new bleed nipple on one of our rads along with a new thermostat. Would definitely recommend to others and use again

Quick and professional annual boiler service. Engineer was efficient and thorough. Have used JB7 multiple times now and they’re consistently reliable. Would recommend.

Thorough inspection and clean.

Had a couple of small jobs that needed doing + my electric shower was on its last legs. JB Plumbing replied to my query extremely quickly and within 3 days and 2 separate trips had sorted the small jobs + identified the required replacement shower and fitted it. Amazing service, will definitely be back!

Had someone out to look at a leak under the sink. Very friendly service and identified the problem quickly. Unfortunately they charged us £150 just for a 30 minute diagnosis and quoted a further £240 just to fit a new tap.

Cast iron radiator needed replacing. Sam was quick to respond to my queries and planned the job well. Joe who carried out the work out was friendly and considerate. He made sure I was happy with the hight and fit of the new radiator which was nice. Really happy with the work, would use this company again.

John installed our boiler several years ago and completes our annual service with great knowledge and professionalism.

JB are my go-to plumbing company for issues or work I can't or am not confident doing myself. In this case it was an initial diagnostic visit for 3 separate but related issues & changes. Organising the visit was straightforward, the plumber arrived on time, worked carefully and was thorough and professional.
