I cannot recommend this company enough. Scott arrived on schedule to give me a very reasonable quote for removing an old back boiler and installing a new one as well as refurbishing my bathroom with new bath ,taps, shower and panelling etc. Tom and his team arrived on time each day and worked very hard for three days. They were polite friendly and answered any questions I had regarding the job. The house was left clean and tidy. I had been putting of this job for a long time but if I had known how Safe Gas would make it so easy without all the horror stories of removing a back boiler I would have done it a long time ago. I recently had SafeGas in my property to replace all my radiators (11 in total) for a more modern designer type and we are delighted with the end result. Right from the original telephone contact with the ladies in the office to the survey and discussions with John I was confident that they would do a great job for a reasonable price (others quoted me up to 3 times as much!), and I'm very pleased to say that I was 100% correct. Peter and his colleagues did a great job over a couple of days and made sure I was involved with every step of the process so I would just like to say thanks guys and that I would have no hesitation in using SafeGas again, and to highly recommend them to family and friends.

Our boiler packed up and we were left without heating or hot water! I spoke to Nicola and Dawn who organised an engineer to call the next day. Sonny called, very polite and professional and fixed the problem for us. All three a credit to the company and I would definitely recommend this company Safegasuk to everyone, thanks to all

John came just before Christmas 2hrs after my initial phone call. Checked the job and gave me a written price there and then. I accepted the quote the next day and they rang me a couple of days later with the installation date and confirmed it by text, they text me the day before and to say the engineers name and he was on his way. Pete and his colleague were there 10hrs ( I was having the boiler moved and all new pipe work plus the nest moved) they never stopped. Absolutely 100% recommend this company, I rang up this morning to pay, they register the boiler for you, sent me the warranty certificate and will text me in 12 months to have it serviced. The office staff are lovely and helpful as well nothing is too much trouble. Well done
