He clearly knows his stuff — explained everything he was doing, talked us through options and made sure we understood what would work best for us. John always leaves everything tidy at the end of the day, too. We were happy with his service so we asked him back to re-track wires under our new staircase. Highly recommend — it’s great to find someone so reliable and professional!"
