I cannot recommend Cao enough. We had a burst water pipe in our garage in the early hours on a Sunday. Cao arrived within 30 mins of initial contact and dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. Price was exceedingly reasonable considering some of the rip off quotes I had prior to his engagement. Cao will always be my first port of call in the future.
Work was done of a high standard and came on Boxing day with very short notice, would highly recommend
JC Prime installed new bath taps for us and got matching taps for basin too, very professional, good price, refitted and sealed our bath panel after would definitely recommend!

I had an old shower cubicle ripped out and new shower cubicle fitted. All new pipework ,new shower,new toilet and new taps on the sink. We had very bad drainage and flow issues in the pipes but those were all fixed by changing the angle of the pipework which was suggested by JC. I'm extremely happy with the service and work done and would highly recommend him. I will be booking him again next month for a radiator replacement and will be recommending him to family and friends. The Quality of work is amazing and he is efficient,polite and reliable.
I asked JC Prime to convert a garden cabin into a small bathroom. This is the second time I have used the guys and as always the work is perfect and the ideas they bring to the table are always greatly welcomed ! I am in the process of some more work shortly but would recommend for a friendly and immaculate service.

Very pleased with this plumber
Juihia did a fantastic job making an en-suite in a tiny space. The work was super neat and we are very pleased with the result. He built a new shower, a vanity unit and sink and laid a new floor. It looks very smart. Nothing was too much trouble. He was very clean and tidy and always cheerful. We would highly recommend him.
Can not fault the work done. Arrived on time and was very efficient. Replaced a shower valve, addressed a leak which came to light once the tiles were removed, refitted the plasterboard and re-tiled. Would definitely use again.
Very professional soldered the joints for my shower plaster the walls cut the tiles to the perfect length , and installed the mixer shower and associated pipe work also fitted a toilet door for me in the process and also done a few extra jobs at no extra charge , i will use them again to sort my kitchen out , i have also recommended to friends and family , im more then pleased with the work done .

Arrived on time and with short notice. Replaced a broken kitchen tap. Tested new tap and took all waste. Very good service.
I requested a call back from JC Prime Plumbing on Friday and received a call within a few hours, when I explained I had a leaking toilet that was causing a tripled water bill, he said he could come out to investigate the following morning (Saturday). JiaHui arrived at 7:30am promptly, found the issue and fixed it the same morning. The work was completed to a good standard and he found a work around to a problem that arose. I would use JC Prime Plumbing in the future, they were reliable, good value, clean and tidy.
He fixed a broken shower pipe. He was punctual, friendly and did a neat and tidy job. 10/10 would recommend.
