Very efficient and professional as well as personable and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble. The hand rail to assist in getting down some outside steps looks great- not at all like a ‘disability’ one! It is very ‘in keeping’ with the house and does the job - we are very pleased with it, it’s perfect ! It was a very ‘small job’ but that made no difference to the service we received."
