Jedi is our 'go to' for anything related to heating and plumbing. Ian has come to our rescue on a number of occasions - he's always calm, methodical and gets the work done to an excellent standard, despite what our edwardian house might throw at him. He's a real expert in his field and makes lots of helpful suggestions (often to fix what others have done wrong in the past!). He's a problem solver and fixes things whenever he can - rather than instantly go for 'replace' - saving time and money. Highly recommend. This time round he added an extra radiator to our central heating system.
Helpful initial no charge visit to view boiler installation and related plumbing and then quote for work. Punctual arrival for service work. Careful explanation of work done and a couple of items needing attention. Fair and reasonable price. Overall excellent service.
