I Had this company doing my roof it turn out to be a bigger Job than expected my roof was a complete mess plus my chimney was leaking and that needed doing too they did a marvellous job very professional and respectful i would highly recommend them and i would like to thank the team very much

I met several roofers before Joseph. From the first I was impressed by his attention to detail, authenticity and desire to solve problems. My instincts were right. We contacted JFM Rooflines to arrange a new roof. This followed an emergency repair to our ridge tiles they did for us 6mth ago. We chose them due to their 5* reviews. Joseph came to discuss and reinforced in detail what to expect with an approx wait time. He contacted us with a start date some weeks later. We were impressed with their organisation and efficiency, everything went smoothly. Joseph communication was very good. The lads were all very polite and respectful. Everything was left tidy especially at the end of the job. The work looks very good and we were very happy with the results.

Joseph came to assess our 50 year old roof, gave us a good price and booked it all in. We thought we might "patch" it but decided to get the whole thing done. So glad we did. The gable end had gone and the tiles were really brittle. The team turned up on time, worked in extreme heat and did a fantastic job. They were informative, respectful and very hard working. A super friendly and professional service from our first telephone enquiry through to completion of the job. Joseph kept us informed of the expected date of works and kept precisely to schedule. The roof job done was perfect with no mess, no issues and looks like work well done with all signs of previous damage now tidied up as though new. Really reasonable prices and Joseph talks to you like a human being rather than a business opportunity. He made it very clear what needed to be done and set out what may need to be done in future without pressuring us.

We wanted a new tiled roof replacement and one of our neighbours had had some work carried out by JFL Rooflines and they were very pleased with the job so I asked Joseph round to give me a quote which was well under the other quotes I had had, he was so informative about what they would be doing and I felt very confident so we had him replace the roof. Joseph and his team were excellent, they got on with the job completed it on time and did not leave any mess, altogether a job well done. I can’t recommend this company enough. From the moment I first contacted them , it was very professional. Had a quick quote that was an amazing price . The work carried out was completed in one day and they were very professional. I can’t complain at the price we paid and the work is wonderful, the roof looks amazing . I would fully recommend them , we are going to use them again to get our main roof done ,. He took video before and after jobs so you can see what the job is like and why it needs doing , which really helps you understand your job and what’s been done .

As a busy working single Mum I have lost count of how many tradesmen I have rung, waited round for and been disappointed by. It is so annoying, and rude and messes with time away from my work. Not with this service though. Joseph got back promptly, turned up as arranged, and gave a good quote. He messaged me a few days later on a Sunday evening to say there was a last minute free slot the next day, so we worked round that. All the lads turned up, were polite and cleaned up properly. I just supplied them with hot and cold drinks in between working from home. Great job, and will use again.

Great service, sorted my roof within a week and cleaned up all the mess afterwards. Very pleased with the service.
