Passive Building Structures specialises in sustainable builds across the UK and Ireland - High performance buildings with low energy demand. We operate with the purpose of ensuring our buildings perform as intended - with an intention to reduce energy expenditure. Our craft is centred around a fabric first approach, high functioning materials which work cohesively to ensure you lower your heating demand. Our system which consists of an insulated raft foundation, I.C.F walls and our rapid roof panel system - all of which provide inherent insulation and air tightness with minimal thermal bridging. It is our responsibility as contributors of the built environment to resolve a more sustainable and socially responsible way of building.
