"Jamie and the team replaced my previous property boiler in 2023 so I had no hesitancy calling Jamie again to arrange to checkout the boiler having moved to a new property. They were able to squeeze me in so I could get this done within the post 7 days property purchase completion day. Alexandra was also very helpful when an emergency meant I needed to change the appointment last minute on the day. Aaron came out and checked and serviced the boiler and looked at a few other things I need doing. Great service again and I’m always happy to recommend their services."

By law, anyone working on your gas appliances must be on the Gas Safe Register — ask to see their Gas Safe ID card and check the licence number at gassaferegister.co.uk before they start.
Never let an unregistered person touch your gas: unsafe gas work risks carbon monoxide poisoning, fire and explosion, and is a criminal offence.
For a boiler or appliance install, get the work and price in writing and keep the Gas Safe / Building Regulations certificate they are required to give you.
