Was easy to schedule in the work around his rather in demand schedule (you only have that if your good) and turned up when he said he would (not always the case with trades people) One thing that particularly stands out is how clean tidy he leaves the site both during and after his work. Of all the trades we have had working for us, he was the cleanest with arguably the messiest."
