I have used James on several occasions including the installation of a boiler and bathroom fit out at my previous house a year or two ago. The ratings I have given above apply to all the work James has done for us. I would highly recommend James to anyone and have done so on several occasions.
James is reliable, friendly and efficient. He works to a high standard and is very competitively priced. We were very pleased with the work he has done for us, which was a new boiler, removal of immersion cylinder, alterations to pipe work and installation of new radiators.
James completes our annual boiler service every year. We have recommended him to several friends with plumbing problems and they have all thanked us for the recommendation. Polite, honest and hard working.
James was punctual, polite and friendly. After his initial investigation he explained what needed doing and then carried out the work on our boiler and radiators efficiently - and it has worked perfectly since then. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James as we were very happy with his work.
Always really pleased with the work James has completed for us, including repairing the boiler, sourcing and fixing a leaking pipe and fitting a new thermostat. He is dependable, calm and reassuring - very important attributes when your boiler stops working mid winter. The work is always completed to a high standard and everything left clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James.
James has worked for me for many years now installing a combination boiler, changing radiators. pipe work for my shower, and more recently installing a new mains pipe from my water metre to the stopcock in my kitchen. I have also recommended him to friends and family and they have always been very happy with his work and like me would not hesitate to call on him if ever they needed any more work done.
A very honest and industrial heating engineer Total price always same price as invoice. Leave James doing the job, and he will always complete asap aand leae the working area spotless. Would have no problems recommending to anybody who wants a proffessional heating engineer
After meeting a number of local heating engineers to complete a large project in my house. In my view James was the best choice, he kept to our agreed cost, punctual, kept his word, and stuck to our agreed plan of how we wanted the work completed. He suggested and advised as we progressed and the work was a good quality. I now have James each to Carry out a boiler service a nd recommended him to a friend where he replaced and fitted a new boiler plus additional pipework.
My toilet had been leaking for weeks and no one could fix it. He came and sorted it within 2 hours.
Very pleased with the work replacing two radiators and have booked him to carry out annual service due in August.
