James and his team did an excellent job sorting out all the plumbing and heating requirements for a recent kitchen/utility refurbishment. Great professional team with a can do attitude.
After moving into my house and discovering some issues with the old boiler I called James to get new one installed. He fitted the boiler to a new location upstairs and easily managed to work with our difficult gas line location to be able to do this. I would highly recommend James and the team for their great quality work!
JLG Plumbing recently installed a CP Hart master bathroom for me and did a fantastic job! As well as a full refit including a very large mirror and vanity unit, there was also a lot of new heating and lighting to sort out but everything went incredibly smoothly. The tiling is fantastic and the bathroom looks even better than we thought it could. All of the guys were very professional and I will definitely use them again.
After moving into a very old property I got a few quotes for a full new heating system. James quote was very competitive and James seemed like someone you can get along with and work with. Everyone on the firm is just brilliant, great work, amazing help and advise. They are very busy but that is because they are just what you want in a plumbing and heating firm that can be hard to find. Always return call’s and has sorted out other issues for me really quickly. I can not recommend JLG enough and I’m very happy I have them in my phone book!

James and his team have been fantastic start to finish. They ripped out our old bathroom and reinstalled new, including tiling, lighting etc. Could not recommend them highly enough. Always left everywhere very tidy and were just brilliant with everything we asked for. Very happy with the end result.

James provided us with an exceptional service and we are extremely pleased with our new bathroom and heating system. He is always happy to answer questions, provide advice throughout the process and approachable. All members of his team were also very friendly and respectful. Snags were all addressed quickly. Minor issues we had were down to us buying poorer quality products, completely out of James' control. So a word of advice is to not blame your installer if you go for a bargain! James also answered my annoying DIY questions throughout his time, which I was extremely thankful for!
James and the JLG team did a really excellent job transforming our tired family bathroom! We wanted a standalone shower, but despite having enough floor space, plumbing constraints made it difficult to fit one in. We got other quotes/designs, but James came up with by far the best design to achieve what we wanted. We’re so glad we went with JLG rather than comprising with an alternative firm/design. The whole team were really friendly, polite and tidy. They were very reliable and kept us informed of progress throughout. James has also returned to fix a few minor snags for us - great service!
