Highlights

"We had a small leak in our roof in need of repair and Jones was quick to give a quote and agree a repair date. On arrival they were able to quickly diagnose the root cause of the leak and carry out the repair smoothly. With before and after pictures taken, this gave us piece of mind of the quality of the repair, therefore I would absolutely recommend Jones’s Property Maintenance and will be using them again for future roof maintenance."

"I contacted Jones Property Maintenance to repair a leaking flat roof. They came out within 2 days and carried out the work to a very high standard. Whilst they were here I booked them to carry out extensive repair to our damp course and replace damaged lead flashing. They also repositioned and fixed guttering. This work was also carried out quickly and to an excellent standard. Both guys were polite and professional and I would definitely recommend to family and friends. I will contact them myself if I have issues in the future. Very pleased 😊"

"Two jobs completed under winter conditions. Leak around roof boiler flue and along ridge. Followed by replacing damaged membrane. Arrived on time as promised, cleaned all ground and widows when work finished Laz and his team where very efficient and would recommend them."

Before you hire a builder

Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
Get it in writing: an itemised quote with scope, materials, start and finish dates, and how any changes (variations) will be priced.
Be wary of a cash-only price or pressure to start tomorrow — both are red flags for an unaccountable job.
Ask to see a portfolio of completed work like yours, plus recent references you can contact.
Check the credentials and registrations that matter for this work — and that they are current.
