He attended very early in the morning on more than 1 occasion to "squeeze" us in and avoid disrupting other customers, he also worked late one evening to research the availability of parts which the other company claimed to only be available outside the UK with 2+ weeks waiting time. He got them in a few days at a fraction of the cost. He quickly identified - and fixed - a long standing problem quickly and cheaply. Simply put, he's brillant!"
