I contacted Julian about having my boiler serviced. He came out today and noted a problem, this didn’t cause him any distress and he dealt with it. Julian was really friendly and professional! I will definitely be using him again in future and recommending his services to friends and family.

Julian got in touch when he was inadvertently delayed and provided an ETA. The service was carried out in a reasonable timescale - ie long enough to satisfy me that a thorough job had been done. Julian was very tidy and kindly volunteered to wear overshoes when he had to walk on our lightly coloured carpets - very professional and much appreciated. I fully intend to call upon Julian's expertises for all future boiler services and I will wholeheartedly recommend him to family and friends. Highly recommended.

A quick call back was received after submitting my request. I was kept informed of times etc. The fault was quickly identified and resolved. I found the plumber very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and the work completed satisfactorily.

Julian is a trustworthy and thorough plumber and boiler engineer, he’s great at keeping you informed of what he’s doing and is competitively priced. Julian has rescued me on more than one occasion with emergency call outs and has never charged above and beyond.

I have always found Julian to be accommodating, polite, respectful and reliable.His rates are reasonable. He particularly responded quickly to an emergency at my elderly Mum's bungalow where a carpet fitter had identified an historical and previously unidentified gas leak.Julian made safe the leak, turned off the supply and returned next day to redirect pipework. Julian was kind, reassuring, efficient and a clean worker. Based on this I contacted Julian to replace an old heating system and he was accommodating, fitting us in quickly and working in exceptional circumstances given the 40 degree temperature that summer.Julian has continued to service both mine and mum's central heating annually and been accommodating to fit in smaller jobs too. I would not hesitate to recommend Julian.

For some time I have had a boiler issue that appears to have been difficult to resolve. I’ve been let down by a few and others have seemed not to have had the ability to fix the problem. I live in Nottingham and have found it difficult finding somebody reliable. I was given the number for JPS and told to give them a try. I called Julian and he turned up within a couple of hours. Very friendly and professional. I made him aware that I’d had problems getting this resolved and described the problem. Within an hour the boiler was fixed. It is a massive load off our minds and can’t thank him enough. The only surprise we had was the low price, I was expecting to pay much more. I would highly recommend Julian and JPS.

Absolutely brilliant work. Answered the phone late Friday night as my boiler started to leak. He talked me through some steps to create a temporary fix and was there bright and early Saturday morning to fix my boiler. Very well priced , really good quality. Would recommend to anyone.
