Had electrical work done in my fuse box for a new electrical heating system I was having done. JTS Eectrics were very efficient and very thorough. Would definitely recommend.

Had new plug sockets put in 2 bedrooms and garage fuses reviewed to stop it from tripping. Work was efficient, tidy, and fully explained - would use again.

We had a tricky fault finding job as parts of our house had no power. James responded to an online request for an electrician very quickly. He worked late on the first visit trying to sort the problem. He made sure we were OK before leaving with the power we had. His follow up visit solved the issue. He was very thorough and made sure everything was safe. We would not hesitate to use him again.

We employed James to provide a power source to a new garden pod we were purchasing. He checked our electrical system and advised that our supply unit was not up to current standards and he would therefore need to install a new consumer unit. He also needed to replace all the RCB circuits as a result of this new unit. The work was divided into 3 stages and the first part was to install the new electricity consumer unit. He then worked with another electrician to run a cable from this unit, through a void up to the loft and down into the back garden and made it easy for the company doing the paving to hide the cable . The final part was to connect the new cable to the pod once it was installed. As a courtesy James also wired a socket in another area of the garden. We found James to be very courteous and polite, punctual, tidy in his work and honest as the scope of the work did not turn out to be a large as originally thought so the estimate was revised. Since completing the work he has checked in with us several times to ensure there are no problems and we are completely happy with the work. We have recommended him several times and will use him again for any further electrical work we require.

Brilliant rewire completed at my home. Relocated fuse box and all first fix wiring in precise locations on ceilings and on the walls. Fantastic service, would recommend.

James did a partial rewire of our property adding new socket outlets upstairs, adding lighting points throughout and completely upgrading our kitchen to accommodate for the cooker, hob and extra appliances.

I had 3 malfunctioning room lights in my home and I’d put it off for so long, expecting the worst price-wise. James was happy to deal with it and sorted each issue for us. He came when he said he would, confirmed the day before, and was fab. The price was very really reasonable. I’ve booked in again for additional jobs and would recommend him to friends and family

James replaced nine sockets and light fittings for us. He arrived promptly and completed the work in the agreed time and for the price initially quoted (which was very fair). James was professional but also friendly and respected our property (even though it’s a bit of a building site atm). We would highly recommend him and will certainly be contacting him for any future work.

James responded to an issue with our upstairs lighting quickly and came out the following day. He then fitted a new consumer unit for us, replacing an old unit with no labels, explaining all the work required in a way that we could understand, which we really appreciated. He worked quickly and efficiently and we will definitely call him for any future electrical work.

James fitted an electrical towel rail, outside lights, new switches, and checked some of the existing circuits. All done professionally, and on time, cost as quoted, and with electrical certificates provided. Would certainly recommend, and will be using again when needed.

James provided a quote for several lighting jobs in my house. He was professional and friendly, instilling confidence. I booked the job, and although there was a slight wait, it was worth it. When James arrived, he maintained his professionalism and friendliness. His attention to detail and high standards were evident. James has been to us on two occasions and the work he has done has been great. He gave us quotes to change all our light fittings, insert a new light socket and do a five year electrical check of our fuse box. His prices are good and you couldn’t ask for better service. Called James in for quite a bit of electrical work inside and outside the home. Quote accepted, arrived on day he said he would, took 3 days as agreed. All to quote, nothing hidden or extra. Work is to a very high standard, with all certificates issued. I wish all trades people were like James, good at his job, clean tidy, and explains everything, nothing is too much trouble. I initially hired James to install outdoor lights. The task was not straightforward, but James found a solution, and the lights look fantastic. Due to the excellent work done on my outdoor lights, I knew I wanted James back to carry out further work in my house. I engaged James to install two new plug sockets in my living room and an outdoor socket on my patio. Once again, the job was complex and required the addition of a new consumer unit. From initial consultation to the completion of the work, James provided sound advice and devised solutions to overcome the challenges. The work was done on the agreed date, and he was extremely respectful of my property and belongings. The final result is excellent, and I have confidence in James's work. I would highly recommend his services.

From start to finish James was courteous, attentive and friendly. He arrived on time, explained everything he was doing and why, and kept in touch throughout. Paperwork arrived promptly by email, complete with an explanation that was easy to understand. He put in extra effort to make sure we were 100% happy before he finished the job. James has done work for me twice, very professional and friendly. He fitted new spotlights which had not worked properly for 10-years, excellent job. I have since had further electrical work done which James completed on time and very efficiently. There were no hidden costs and all went according to plan. Highly recommended!

We called James for advise re protective device replacement i.e. change of fuse from 32amp to 40amp which a previous electrician had changed some years previously. We still had 40amp fuse. James called to see us after a very busy working day and was so helpful and attended to the job immediately. This now means we can use our electric shower to its full capacity with safety. This is the second time we have used his services and have already recommended him to a family member who has also been very satisfied with his work. We feel his prices are fair and his work first class. He is courteous, friendly and genuine in his manner and we would have no hesitaion in employing him again.

This is the only review I have done without using this company because his service was exceptional. I needed an electrical job done at my home. I contacted JTS Electrical one morning. I had a reply shortly afterwards. James was on holiday and was happy to recommend someone who could help. If I have another electrical problem, I will certainly use James.

We recently had James complete a full rewire in our property and we are so happy with the end result. We had no prior experience of working with James so requested a quote from him purely based on the amazing reviews he already has. We are so glad we did! His professionalism, expertise, work ethic and trustworthiness have been nothing short of exceptional. We had to move out of our house during the rewire as it formed part of a bigger renovation we are completing, but James kept in regular contact with us providing updates as and when needed and was more than happy to answer the (lots of) questions we had along the way.
