Gas boiler replaced, works great and they even swapped days last minute to accommodate a last minute business trip I had to go on.

I hired Mark and Ben at Just Heat to do a service on my water cylinder and gas boiler. They did an excellent job, they quickly diagnosed some issues with the cylinder and with the boiler's installation that had been ignored by the previous engineers (who had also installed it). They gave me clear communication when explaining the issues, and very obviously took pride in their work and in making sure it was high quality. I highly recommend hiring Just Heat and will be doing so in the future for any other future plumbing work!

We have used Mark for many years for all our heating services including my boiler services, problems and many other bits. We recently moved into our new home and found several issues with the heating system. Mark was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the system and gave us step by step advice on what to do to rectify the problem, with a cost estimate for each step. After all the work was done we were within around £50 of our original estimated prices from Mark due to a couple of unforeseen issues coming up whilst other bits were fixed. Everything has been working since perfectly and will get Mark back in later this year for our annual service too

Mark @ Just Heat Plumbing replaced our gas-fired system boiler after our very old one suddenly failed. Responded without delay to our request to investigate and came back rapidly with a quote. Started the work promptly and finished in the amount of time quoted. Our central heating system is 'vintage' (1970s) with various installation elements that are no longer 'standard', but Mark worked with and around these without having to make any costly changes to the existing set-up. Very neat copper pipe work around the new boiler that is pretty pleasing to look at. The new system purrs along nicely. Really very happy with the job and very happy to recommend Just Heat Plumbing.

Mark got in touch quickly and arranged to pop round the next day. He turned up right on time and got stuck in straight away. It turned out we needed a new siphon for our built-in toilet, which he sorted without fuss. The whole job was handled quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price. I am a landlady and have several properties Mark has been my go to plumber since he first did work for me six years ago ,if I have a problem he will promptly come out and fix it. I would certainly recommend him to other people as I use no one else .
