I have used Just Sevices 3 times now.- I found them when I had a boiler breakdown on the coldest week of the year and they were the only place that had an engineer to send out. BG told me I needed a new boiler (£3k) and these guys fixed the problem for me £100! The lady on reception is a pleasure and all the engineers have also been great! From my 3 experiences I would recommend!

On reporting the boiler breakdown I received an immediate response with an engineer arriving later in the day. Once the problem had been diagnosed and the need for a new pump established I was reminded that my system was still under warranty and Just Services Group contacted the supplier on my behalf and the repair was completed two days later. Most welcome given that without heat my house was very cold!

I have a home cover policy with them which makes the whole process super simple. I pay monthly and they get in touch when my service is due. Super simple and efficient. The engineers are always really knowledgeable and helpful with explaining everything in simple terms

I had a leaking boiler which could not wait long for attention. Very grateful to Chris for arranging an engineer at such short notice. It saved the day as I would have been in real trouble..

Chris and his team were super quick to get to my house and had no issues sorting my boiler out. I was grateful that they didn’t leave a mess and that the boiler wasn’t in need of replacing. I would definitely use them again.

Really excellent service, from first enquiry and throughout. Gordon was friendly and professional, explained everything he was doing and went above and beyond to fix our really awkward boiler. Pricing was fair and transparent. More than happy to recommend this company, and will definitely use them again.
