I needed an electric grill element (that I had bought) replacing in my integrated dual fuel oven. Doing an online search I came across James at JWP. He was one of only a few people I contacted to respond to messages that I'd left. I explained the problem on Friday and James arranged to fix it on Monday pm. James was cheerful and polite and did a quick clean job. Happy to recommend.

I emailed James on Tuesday evening and received a callback within minutes. James came to my property the following morning and gave me a quote for a potential repair on my washing machine. Having discussed the price of the parts with James, I decided not to opt for a repair and to purchase a new washing machine (which James helped make my mind up on). Very good service, would use James again in the future.
When James arrived I showed him the piece of plastic I had found floating on the dishwasher drain. He immediately knew it was the drain pump cover and he refitted it in seconds and solved the drainage issue. He ran a short programme to show that the dishwasher is now draining fine.
