The initial service from Joseph was really good. I had my roof fixed a few months ago and everything was fine (a few missing slates). In December the initial leak became worse and Joseph has been out twice to have a look at it and every time I ask about an update I get ignored. It has been a few weeks not and he does not reply to my messages apart from one time when he was supposed to call me back and he didn't. I really didn't want to leave a negative review but he left me no choice as there is no communication from him.
Jo was first out after we posted to job, he gave a reasonable quote and we gave him the job.
Repair as required, good job completed quickly, explained what was required
He did the job he was meant to do well but tried to pressure me into doing something different. I wasn’t happy about that.
Joseph did a good job of chimney last year got him back today to do some roofing work. Would recommend
