We are very pleased with the end result and they were always a pleasure to deal with. During the build process they overcame several logistical barriers without causing us stress and did their utmost to make things as easy as possible for ourselves. The build took longer than we all expected due to the weather and a major supply problem with the cladding I wanted. They used their own electrician, plasterer and roofer. It is because of their eye for detail and their dedication for perfection that I have no hesitation in recommending KAD-build."

Before you hire a builder
Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
Get it in writing: an itemised quote with scope, materials, start and finish dates, and how any changes (variations) will be priced.
