All the contractors that come to our property were professional and experienced and was clear they have worked together for a long time. I cannot recommend Paul highly enough. From start to finish, he was absolutely fantastic. He was reliable, always turning up exactly when he said he would, and he really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted for our project. The process was completely transparent. All costs were clearly priced up in an email beforehand, so there were no hidden surprises. He got started on the work immediately, kept us fully updated on the progress throughout, and the communication was excellent. I reached out for a plasterboard repair/replacement and paul was very happy to help. An appointment was arranged and his two lads came out to do the repair/replacement. The job was completed and we were more than happy with the results. Paul reached back out to me after the lads had left to check if I was satisified which I was. Paul did a small job for me after being recommended by a friend. I had some loose floorboards which needed screwing down. He had good communication, explained what and why he was doing it and did it rapidly for a good price. I would contact Paul again for any other flooring issues.
