"Karl was quick to call back after my initial phone call. Following an initial site visit Karl provided advice and a clear quote for both our flat and pitch roof repair work needed. He also arranged for the scaffolding and a skip that was required. He and Ricky worked efficiently despite having to work in rainy conditions. He took multiple photos to show the damage that was needed repairing. They cleared the old materials away and the skip was collected the day after they finished. The final invoice was as quoted.
