I made an enquiry in regards to a media wall set up for my new home. A friend referred me to KA Contractors and they did not disappoint. They came over to do a free estimate and confirmed everything with me including the designs and materials. It took KA contractors 2 days to complete my media wall alongside the electrical aspects of it. Housekeeping was important to me and they made sure there was not a speck of dust anywhere in my living room. I cannot express my gratitude for KA contractor for turning my idea into a reality. 5 star work for a 5 star contracting company. I will most definitely use you guys again for future works. I have retained Kay Electrical several times, in several properties, for various jobs from the simple to the complex. Each time they have remedied the issue where others before them have failed. All members of the team have been professional and polite and they, and their management, have been a pleasure to deal with. The service from Kay Electrical has been the best I have come across in 30 years of working in the building industry. They have carried out numerous rewire's of domestic houses/flats and also commercial premises for me and have installed fire alarms and emergency lighting in common parts of blocks of flats/hmos. I've been using Kay Electrical and Security since 2014 and they have done all of my electrical work at two properties over the years including a full rewire, alarm install and servicing. Most recently I used them for servicing my alarm and relocating proximity sensors. I couldn't recommend them enough. I've probably had 10 jobs done over the years and perfect every time. Never had an issue with anything they've installed.

During the Electrical Safety Survey of our flat Kay Electrical identified a problem with the old fuse board. Unfortunately it had to be replaced in order to comply with the latest safety regulations. They were able to do the work a few days later. It was done very promptly and efficiently, just like other works carried out by them on previous occasions.
