We were really impressed with this firm from the start. Really helpful initial phone call & then Ben came round to price up the job. The price was decent & the guys who put in the two loft hatches were excellent & tidied up after themselves. Fully recommend this firm: they know what they are doing & do a great job.

I wanted the loft boarding and a ladder installed as I am petite and could not safely access the loft and therefore it was a wasted space. Kent Loft boarding was recommended by a friend who had received excellent service and I concur. The job was completed to the best standard & they arrived bang on time . they took care with my home, using dust sheets everywhere & hoovered after they finished. They did a great job boarding my loft, including moving the access hatch, installing a ladder and adding lights. Everything was left neat and tidy, with the work performed to a high standard. Would recommend!

Visit to provide quote was punctual and quick. Professional looking quote, date agreed for work which did not slip and the two men turned up on time. Both were extremely polite, took shoes off on entry, did a professional job with not one scrap of mess. From the word go, Ben gave me positive vibes about the company. Very professional first visit to measure up and go through options of what we could have. And thoroughly explained the next steps. I chose loft hatch with wooden ladders, removal of old water tank, 1 loft board and a safety handle. My light also needed moving, so Ben arranged for the electrician to do this A few days before the works commenced, Ben checked in to give me approximate times Installation day…. Lads turned up on time, were very respectful of the property and got on with the job! 5* and very happy

Excellent service from Ben and his team. Was given prices prior to Ben’s initial visit so I knew a rough estimate before being given my final quote. His team arrived promptly and very professionally. Workmanship was excellent and was given full demonstration on how to use the ladder. They cleaned thoroughly before leaving. No hesitation in recommending them.

New loft hatch cut (relocated), new loft ladder installed, loft fully insulated, and raised boarding for storage installed. Ben and team completed the work unbelievably quietly, efficiently, left zero mess and did the work to a fantastic quality. The team were polite and respectful, and took time to answer all my (many) questions. Best / most professional team I have had do work for me. Genuine 10/10 without hesitation, and would use again / recommend to anyone.

So impressed with every aspect of the service they provided, from the early correspondence right through to the way they left the area so clean and tidy. Ben gave us great advice and made the whole process very straightforward. The two lads George and Ellis were brilliant. So professional polite and really put a shift in. We had power and light installed, all old boards and rubbish removed, new insulation and fully boarded as well as a new ladder and hatch installed. Every aspect of the work carried out was to a very high standard and we are delighted with everything. Would highly recommend.

From the initial enquiry through to the completion of the work Ben and his team were exemplary. Ben responded promptly to any email queries prior to work starting. On the day his team arrived promptly at 8.30, laid down dust sheets and worked solidly. They were always very polite, and apart from the obvious noise when boards were laid we would not have known they were there. At the end of each day they hoovered up and left the area tidy. On completion, they showed us the loft to check we were happy, and also showed us how the ladder worked. I would have no hesitation in recommending.
