Kings Construction

We recently used Kings Construction to convert our outdoor coal shed into a new utility room in our house. They replaced our old roof, studded, boarded and plastered all the walls and fixed all the brickwork along the way, as well as bricked up all our existing doorways. We came across a few hurdles on the way in regards to the structure we already had in place but Will was very adaptable and was happy to adjust his work accordingly to work with all the unexpected changes! We will be using these again for any future work we get done!

Just had a new roof and cladding done by Will and his team and extremely pleased we chose them We couldn’t be happier with the results ,Instantly liked Will very easy guy to get on with as are all of his team . Their workmanship is outstanding I think Will is somewhat of a perfectionist which is not a bad thing when you’re a bit of one yourself, they are professional punctual highly skilled and hardworking not to mention lovely guys to have around The task of finding good honest reliable workmen can be somewhat daunting but I can’t recommend Will , Johnny and team highly enough , Thankyou guys

Will and his team were brilliant, start to finish. One of the biggest problems I have found with trades are shocking communication. Will however is the difference! He always replies, turns up exactly when he says he will and is an all round great guy. He carried out all work well (office reconfiguration and Refurb, fitted kitchen, plumbing annd electrical work) and kept up communication. Had no concerns at all. He works with other good, honest people in their relevant trades seamlessly. A decent local man with a sound business and work ethic.

King’s construction started on the agreed date and were very punctual. They gave us lots of suggestions on how to proceed with the work. We were very pleased with the overall job.

Will and his team have just completed a major project on my house which involved totally gutting the interior, including removing a chimney, inserting steel work, rebuilding and extending a dormer, replacing part of the roof and installing underfloor heating. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. There were one or two glitches during the build but these were dealt with calmly and options discussed, Will making some good suggestions for alternative ways to achieve things. He was also ready to answer any queries I had. Great job. Really pleased with the result.

Will and his team at Kings were excellent from start to finish. Communication was great from the initial quote through to organising a date to start. They turned up on time and completed the work to a great standard whilst trying to keep the mess to a minimum. Very pleasant group of guys too. Just waiting for the plasterer to finish and they will come back to put the architrave on then will post a photo.

The team were punctual. I was impressed by the way they had sourced some reclaimed tiles to match the repair to the existing roof.

Will built our media wall and fireplace to a really high standard, ripping out an old and tired log burner. We have had a lot of compliments on how good it looks. Also had our ceiling re boarded and plastered with new spot lights installed

Jake and Will built us a double storey extension for a new kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. They coordinated the whole project from groundwork’s to finishes, and all works have been signed off by Building Control. They suggested cost savings and some design improvements. Very happy with the works - would definitely recommend.
