We had laminate flooring and skirting fitted in our lounge and hallway. Neil was quick to get back to us with someone coming round to measure up and provide a prompt quote. The floor and finish look great and we're thrilled. Would definitely go back to Neil for any future works we need doing.

We were unfortunate in engaging a builder who did not comply with building regulations and did not engage with the building inspector - hence project was condemned! Neil from Kingston's introduced us to an architect who met with the building inspector to ensure the plans met with his approval. Once building commenced every trade person Neil supplied were professional, hardworking, tidy and a joy to watch them work with a genuine real passion in what they were doing. So happy with Kingstons we have had more work done in addition to the original project, which has now been signed off.

Neil's team were all fantastic. Starting with the quote being the most thorough we received, nothing was missing off the quote, so we had an accurate idea of the costing. The team arrived on time every single day, consistently kept us informed of who would be on site. They are so polite, friendly, and tidy. Valuable advice on big/small decisions We had a newborn baby at the time and they were so thoughtful and conscientious regarding this. Our neighbours have commented to us on how tidy, quiet and respectful the whole team were. Work completed to a high standard. Thank you, would recommend.

The team were pleasant, polite and extremely tidy. They arrived on time every day, and kept us fully informed throughout the project. The quotes given were comprehensively broken down, and any adjustments required during the build were explained, giving us choices of how to proceed and how it would impact the final cost. The team's experience and knowledge is brilliant, and they were able to advise us and guide us through the project. The quality of their work was outstanding, and we're extremely happy with the finished space.

An excellent construction company that did a loft conversion to provide a bedroom with ensuite bathroom above a double garage. The quotation was very detailed and was obviously uniquely bespoke to our house. All the work was completed on time and to budget. The work was of the highest quality -we are delighted with it. Neil and his team worked tirelessly to give us exactly what we wanted. They also did an outstanding job of replacing a staircase and the roof verges. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. They are honest, reliable and focussed on doing a great job.

Neil and his team were excellent. The work was completed on time, on budget and to a high quality. They resolved a couple of minor issues, we have had since, promptly. More importantly to us they treated our home with respect and felt like part of the family fairly quickly. Sometimes having strangers in your home every day can be quite invasive but never once did we feel uncomfortable with any of them. They cleaned up every evening and turned up on time every day until the job was completed. I think Neil got more stressed to make sure everything was perfect leaving us to enjoy the process.

Working with Neil and the team at Kingstons Construction was everything we had hoped for. They were not only professional,highly skilled and hard-working but friendly ,kind and always willing to go over and above to ensure they were meeting our expectations. Their experience and attention to detail shone through at every level and they had patience throughout with our ever changing ideas and requirements. They always communicated clearly any changes to the original time or cost schedules which made it easy for us to stay close to. The kingstons team were truly fantastic all the way through our build. Neil the owner gave great advice from the very beginning and helped us to navigate time lines and build costs with ease. As a woman leading/instructing the work I've had a few contractors who I felt didnt take me seriously whereas Neil and his team were great. When working through the winter months they made sure we had everything a family with children needed, they are courteous and kind and thought of basic things that I kept forgetting! I would and have recommended them to everyone.

I had 3 quotes for my garage extension.One was way to cheap ( Never gonna get the job none for the price quoted ) One was to expensive ( although I know they did good work ) Then from a recommendation the middle priced quote was Kingston Construction.I don’t often praise people for doing their job but it was a pleasure to use Neil and his team.This building company really do look after you.On time and on budget was very important to me.Neil used his expertise to offer me some good advice so we tweaked the build a little.They we’re all friendly and polite.Well done Kingston Construction !

Kingston construction work was on time and on price, clean workmanship brilliant. The must workforce to go too.

Exceedingly busy but reliable. You may have to wait a bit for them to come around but it is worth it. Not cheap but good quality work. Leave the place clean and tidy.
