The whole verge (up and over) needed replacing, including new felt, a new batten and new undercloak. New cement laid and tiles reinstated and replaced where necessary. Kevin had actually repaired several of the properties in our road previously and sent some photos of the works so we had an idea of what to expect. The quote included for the scaffolding and skip too. Very reasonably priced."
