Kris Electrical provided a brilliant service. Changing all the communal hall areas to Microwave Sensor Lighting on 3 floors. Plus exterior Dusk to Dawn and adding push button timed lighting in the ground floor Bins rooms. A new control unit was required and the Three buildings are timed perfectly. Our Residents are highly delighted at the outcome and voiced their opinion at our recent annual AGM Meeting.

The job was split into 2 parts. The first couple of days In June was to rewire the kitchen which involved channeling walls, creating new points for plug sockets, creating points for under cupboard lighting and providing a panel for all cut off switches. Once the plasterer had been in and the kitchen re-fitted, Kris came back in August to finish off the wiring in the kitchen and then installed a brand new consumer unit.
