After being let down by a company called Smart Heating, I got in touch with L&W who were great, they kept me updated every step of the way, even called with an ETA work carried out with respect to myself and my property, talked me through everything and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I received everything by email and text with a link to login to pay and download invoice and safety cert, felt very professional

Excellent service from beginning the process and quoting to completion of the job. Jordan who was the engineer was very helpful and professional from initial quote, partially getting my heating up and running on the quotation to doing and completing the full work.

We needed our boiler moving out of the bathroom into a separate room to create space. Ste came out to quote and was very clear about the works needed doing including the moving of electrics and other items which others didn’t mention. Out of a few people we had out to quote he gave us the most confidence that he was going to do the best job. Punctual both days he came out, clear communication of works the whole time, courteous and cleaned up after. Install looks clean & tidy with everything working exactly as before.
