I had a leak under my sink which flooded my kitchen and struggled to find someone to come out at short notice. Michael said he could come the following day after 4pm. Despite what seemed to have been a really tough day with delays, he still showed up with his apprentice at 9pm to fix the leak (after calling first if this was okay of course). Luckily it was only a quick fix but he still took the time to explain what caused it and what the fix was. Probably the best value I've ever seen as well.

Just needed a gas cooker disconnecting. Michael identified a problem with how the gas pipes had previously been organised and put that right also. Great communication throughout.

Mike and Jack were great they came the first day to carry out the boiler service and replace the water filling valve, they found that the other side of the water filling valve needed to be replaced and confirmed that they could not get the part until Monday (this was on Friday), but Mike contacted me later on Friday and said they could get the right part for Saturday morning. They both returned Saturday morning and the boiler was in perfect working order and fully serviced by the Saturday morning. Thank you Mike and Jack for being so efficient in getting this resolved.

I was struggling to find someone local to fix my dripping tap, which after several weeks was getting worse. Ive never used check a trade before but I thought it would be best to say what my job was and hopefully not waste any more time ringing around or being let down and have someone call me that wanted the job. Mike from M&C plumbing and heating called within the hour, quoted me over the phone and arrived 48 hours later, communication was great, he arrived on time as stated and himself and apprentice Jack fitted a new tap quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend 👍🏼

Very helpful, quick work and sorted the repair and service for a reasonable price.

We were trying to fit bidets to two toilets having seen them in the USA. We got some by mail order but the threads and fittings were mismatched by American and UK standards. Michael went out of his way to find the sizes and suitable connections to fit the UK plumbing standards of measurements for parts. We are extremely pleased with the final service and product. He had a friendly manner and offered a competitive price for a job he has never done before. He took no more than two hours to do the job and worked efficiently. I strongly recommend his service.

We had a great experience with our plumber Mike today! He came to replace a seized stop tap and fit a new kitchen tap with a pull-out hose, and everything was done quickly and professionally. Communication was clear from the start. He let us know exactly when he'd arrive and turned up right on time. The work was completed efficiently, the area was left spotless, and he kindly took the old pipes and taps away with him too. Friendly, reliable, and skilled, we'd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for quality plumbing work!

Martyn arrived when he said and did a quick good job (30 mins) replacing the fill valve. He sawed off my toilet seat as it needed replacing. I was going to do a bank transfer but went to the atm and paid cash - Martyn preference. The next day i asked for an invoice as I wanted to check the costings. Martyn said he would email me one but didn't. I prompted him by text but no response so I emailed the company for one and got no response. Please get a quote from this company first and ask for a receipt/invoice before payment. Martyn had already removed the part before I asked for a price.

I needed somebody to come and fix my bathroom radiator as it was leaking and the bleed screw had snapped. Mike was recommended to me and I'm so glad he was. He came on time, he was very pleasant and efficient. He explained everything he was going to do. I would 100% recommend him.
