From Enquiry to completion the communication was excellent. Arrived on time for both days for removal of old fireplace to install of log burner and all associated plastering and undercoating. Gave excellent instruction on first use. The team of Dan, Andy and Chris were a great team and clearly they work efficiently together. Cannot recomend enough. Great work.

Brilliant from start to finish. We found Dan via trustatrader when looking for someone to install a log burner in our lounge. Dan responded to my enquiry and further questions really quickly and was super informative during the whole process and supported in deciding on the glue liner and suitable stove. Was able to fit us in really quickly and the work is excellent. All in all brilliant throughout and definitely recommend

Excellent!!! We had a new combi boiler installed by Dan and Andy. From start to finish the whole process was perfect. They were very reasonably priced, they scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. On installation day they were very professional but also personable and did a beautiful job and also answered all our questions. The new boiler, flue and all the pipe work looks perfect and the machine runs great. They took the old boiler away and did such a good job tidying up that you would have never known they were there. Now that we have a new boiler, we will have LA Plumbing, Gas & Solid Fuels do all our annual servicing’s. And apparently they do all kinds of other jobs including in kitchens and bathrooms. It has been a pleasure supporting a local family business. Cheers guys!

Replaced my old hot water cylinder with a new much more efficient one. I finally have mains power hot water! I am over the bloody moon. Will 100% be using again.

Initially called for a routine boiler inspection, Andy arrived promptly and identified/pointed out to me a number of problems with the old boiler left by the previous owner. I was presented with a number of options, and opted for a full replacement. The work was booked in within a week, and I was set up with a perfectly functioning new unit with filter, wirelss thermostat, and all the necessary parts/paperwork/accreditation and disposal of my previous unit. Andy and Dan arrived promptly, made sure they covered any flooring, and performed the whole job from start to finish perfectly, offering any follow up support and a concession on my original failed boiler inspection. Highly recommended; great company!

Hired because of good reviews - see experience below left boiler parts in loft / garden after they had completed the job and not taken them away.Did not cut joist to joist in our floor bored when doing the boiler leaving it unsupported.Had to fix ourselves.Repeated toilet leaks when installing bathroom , marked kitchen ceiling and lifted new flooring. toilet water cut off for a week and was instructed to use a bucket to flush our toilet as they were not able to fix the problem sooner.Did not fix the leak.1 bathroom in the house so not good hygiene. The trader did reply in a timely but would not expect the problem to take so many times to fix and to leave customers like that.Poor communication would be told a day or two before next visit .Few unexpected jobs however you would expect that they would know in advance what job they have and when they would be coming to you.if you are taking time off work this would be disappointing.happy with end result but experience tarnished the joy of it .
